The reservation deadline for rooms in our block is Friday, October 5th, 2001. Reservations made after that date will be accepted on a space available basis up to the group block of 150 rooms. Everyone is encouraged to reserve a room as quickly as possible.

Should you need to cancel, you must call them at least 48 hours prior of 3PM on the day of arrival and request a cancellation number. Our group room rate will be extended 3 days before or after the meeting, if you wish to take this opportunity. A meeting agenda will be posted at a later date.

Transportation

The Radisson Hotel is the closest hotel to LAX, adjacent to Terminal 1. A 24-hour complimentary airport shuttle is available to and from the hotel every 15 minutes. Hotel parking is available for all IEEE 802.3 attendees at $7.00 Self and $10.00 Valet with in and out privileges. The Radisson Hotel at Los Angeles Airport is situated 20 minutes from downtown Los Angeles, Hollywood and Beverly Hills.

Meeting Registration

There is no pre or on-site meeting registration fee to attend this particular IEEE 802.3 Interim Meeting. However, please book your own travel and hotel accommodations
