Any individual who attends any part of this Interim meeting must register and pay a meeting fee. Meeting registration is not transferable. Registration and meeting fee options are as follow:
Early Registration (Before 11:59pm MDT Tuesday 23-April, 2019)
Late/Onsite Registration (After 11:59pm MDT Tuesday 23-April, 2019)
The combined hotel room stays of attendees, along with the meeting fees, pay for meeting rooms, AV equipment, network/Internet services, power for laptop computers, continental breakfast, morning and afternoon refreshments, and meeting services and supplies. For this reason, anyone who is not a registered guest at the Sheraton Salt Lake City Hotel must pay a higher meeting fee than attendees staying at the meeting hotel. The correct meeting fee must be paid prior to receiving your badge, which permits entrance to breakfast, breaks and scheduled sessions.
* To qualify as a SSL guest, you must book in the group room block and stay at the Sheraton Salt Lake City Hotel for the duration of your meetings during the Interim. You may not book through a third party website or travel agency. Contact the meeting planner with any questions about the registration terms, or if you need assistance booking your stay.
** To qualify as a local commuter, you must reside within 25 miles of downtown Salt Lake City.
Visa Invitation Letters
If you require an invitation letter please register, taking care to complete the address fields correctly and supply your professional title. Then contact the meeting planner by email. You do not need to provide your passport number. Letters will not be issued after 07-May, 2019.
Paid registrations may be canceled without penalty prior to 5pm PDT on Friday 10-May, 2019. Contact the meeting planner by email to request cancellation and meeting fee refund.
