Reservations can be made through the Hilton Garden Inn Monterey IEEE 802.3 meeting reservation site. Alternatively reservations can also be made by calling the Hilton Garden Inn Monterey on +1 831 373-6141. Please ensure you mention the IEEE 802.1 and 802.3 Interim Meetings so that you get the correct room rate.

The reservation deadline for rooms in our block is January 3rd, 2007. The special room rate will be available until January 3rd or until the group block is sold-out, whichever comes first. Reservations made after that date will be accepted on a space available basis. Everyone is encouraged to reserve a room as quickly as possible. Reservations must be guaranteed with major credit card. Release of the guarantee will occur so long as notice of cancellation is given to the Hilton Garden Inn Monterey 24 hours prior to arrival date. The room rate is available from January 14th to January 27th.

Meeting Registration

A meeting fee of $60.00 (USD) a day will be collected by the hotel on behalf of IEEE802.3 for attendees staying in the hotel and will be added to your account. For those staying elsewhere you will have to open up a folio with the hotel using a major credit card to pay this meeting fee. The meeting fee will cover meeting rooms, Breakfast, Lunch, and Morning and Afternoon Refreshments.

Transportation Information

The Hilton Garden Inn Monterey is about 3 miles from Monterey Peninsula airport (MRY) and there is a courtesy bus, call the hotel for details. A taxi will cost approximatly $6.00 (USD). The hotel is 70 miles from San Jose airport (SJC) and 100 miles from San Francisco airport (SFO).
