Meeting Plan

The room block at the Portland Marriott has sold out. If you do not yet have a room, please go the Intel registration site to see a list of suggested downtown hotels. You will still need to register for the meeting on the site. The Portland Marriott will charge your credit card and supply you will a receipt at the meeting.

Any individual who attends any part of a meeting that is a scheduled as part of these sessions must pay the registration fee. The advanced web registration fee payable through the meeting registration and hotel reservation web site is $210 (USD) and the deadline for web registration for these sessions is 5 PM PST, Friday, January 4th 2008. After that time, the registration fee is $300 (USD) for on-site registration. The hotel will supply a separate receipt for the meeting registration fee. The registration fee will cover meeting rooms, AV equipment, network services, power hook-ups for laptop computers, Breakfast, Morning and Afternoon Refreshments, and meeting services/supplies. If you register and then are unable to attend, you must request cancellation of your registration by 5 PM PST, January 11, 2008 for a full refund. Cancellations after that time cannot be accepted.

Transportation from Portland airport (PDX)

Taxi - A taxi from the airport to the hotel will cost about $30.00 (USD).

Light rail - TriMet Light Rail (MAX) - Follow the signs to the MAX station at the airport. Get off at the Yamhill station (about 1/2 mile north of the hotel). The cost is $2.00 (USD) one way.
