From the garage, walk back out of the garage entrance and turn right. Go through the gate between the two yellow walls and turn left to face the cafeteria building (marked 4659 the side of the building. A sign on door says Cafe Luminous). Go around the building by walking along the right side of the cafeteria building and turning left at the far end of the building. Go in the first door on your left (unmarked). This will take you directly into the meeting room (Cafe Luminous 2) and avoid having to be escorted through any doors with badge locks.

From the front of the campus, walk between the 2 main buildings and the gate then bear right to the single story cafeteria building. Go around the building by walking right along the side of the building and turning left at the far end of the building. Go in the first door on your left (unmarked). This will take you directly into the meeting room (Cafe Luminous 2) and avoid having to be escorted through any doors with badge locks.

As many of the attendees will be local to the meeting there isn't a reserved hotel room block or specific hotel arrangements. The following hotels are within short walking distance of Nortel:

Transportation:

Some of the above hotels provide free shuttles from San Jose airport. Commercial shuttle van service is available from San Francisco airport. Additionally, the area is within easy walking distance of the Old Ironsides (preferred) & Great America stations of the VTA light rail.

Fees and Services:

No registration fee will be charged for this meeting, and no food and beverage service will be provided. The meeting room is adjacent to the company cafeteria, and there are a number of fast food outlets within walking distance of the facility.
