The Fairmont Hotel Vancouver is located in the heart of Downtown Vancouver. There are many restaurants and shops within walking distance of the hotel. For a longer walk, Stanley Park has many attractions for you to enjoy. You can get to Victoria by catching a ferry through the Gulf Islands. Within a 30 minute drive, there are three ski hills for snowboarders and skiers.

In order to make room reservations, please go to the Reservations Web Site. Reservations can also be made by contacting the hotel direct on 1-604-684-3131 or on Central Reservations on +1-800-441-1414 (Toll free in US and Canada) using the following infomation. Please use the Reservation Request form if reserving hotel accommodations via fax.

The reservation deadline for rooms in our block is Friday, December 6, 2002. Reservations made after that date will be accepted on a space available basis up to the group block of 150 rooms. Everyone is encouraged to reserve a room as quickly as possible. Reservations must be guaranteed with major credit card with cancellation at least 6pm of the date of arrival. Non-cancelled room reservations (those that do not have an appropriate cancellation number) will be charged a one night's cancellation fee..

There may be an additional assessment if you do not stay at the meeting hotel.
