[802.3_MAINT] January 2009 Interim: Agenda and Supporting Detail

Colleagues,
 
The Maintenance Task Force meeting will start tomorrow morning at 9AM in the Creole Queen conference room on the 2nd floor of the meeting hotel in New Orelans, LA. Below is the proposed agenda along with some detail regarding the work we intend to cover.

802.3bb
-------
We will be doing an informal draft review on D1.0. The goal is to prepare a draft for Working Group preview in March 2009.

802.3bc
-------
We will be doing an informal draft review on D1.1. Per the motion during the closing session of the 802.3 November 2008 plenary, a Working Group ballot on D1.1 will be conducted once the PAR is approved (refer to http://www.ieee802.org/3/maint/public/minutes_1108.pdf). Suggested remedies to any comments may be considered at this meeting.
