10/100TX termination

The way we normally terminate the lines, are with 75ohm resistors from the
RX and TX center taps to frame ground (or ground trough a HV cap). Each of
the two unused pairs are shorted and connected to frame ground through 75ohm
resistors.

Note that all the resistors are down to 1/10W.
