[802.3af] P802.3af to Sponsor Ballot

To those of you who could not join us in Kauai, I am pleased to report the

Move that the IEEE P802.3af task force request IEEE P802.3 Working Group to
forward Draft 4.0 to Sponsor Ballot, and authorize meetings and
recirculation ballots as required with the goal of pre-submission to RevCom
in March.
