I spoke with a test engineer here at Cisco today and he is concerned
about entry EL11 in table 33.7.3.4 - The shape of the impulse for item EL11,
which is defined as 0.3/50 µs (300 nS virtual front time, 50 µs virtual time of
the half value). Does anyone know
the origin of this value? My test
guy here claims that he has never seen a waveform like this from the spec and
