[802.3af] Resolution text for Yair's comment (Comment #35)

This new text goes into 33.6.1.1.3 at the bottom of the sub-clause.
There should be a different text style for warnings. For an example (if you 
do not already have an established style within the template), see 14.7.2.4 
of the published standard

devices or other non-Ethernet devices, especially in split application 
wiring schemes.
