Task Force Balloting of IEEE P802.3bf TimeSync draft D0.21

Colleagues,

The announcement of the Task Force ballot for D0.21 will be sent out
shortly. In order to practice comment resolution and the use of the comment
tool, the format will be the same as for an IEEE 802 WG ballot. There are
several differences, however, that should be noted.

1. All members of the Task Force may comment on the draft. You do not have
to be an 802.3 voter.

2. ER and TR comments may be submitted to give commenter's practice in
judging how to properly comment. ER and TR comments will not, for this first
TF ballot, be treated differently than other comments.

3. Approve and Disapprove votes will be tallied, but will not be binding.
The draft will advance by a vote of the Task Force for this first ballot

Special thanks to our Editor-in-Chief, Marek Hajduczenia, for the rapid
creation and refinement of the draft.

Regards,

Steve
