I just closed the ballot.
Subject to e-mail coming in before I arrive in office tomorrow morning that
were sent in time, the result is as follows:
71 of the 92 Voting members returned their ballot (77 % return ratio, 50 %
required)
Two aspirant members returned their ballot.
Motion one: to file document 99/209 at the FCC (opposing WideBand FH);
Approve 68
Do not approve 2
Abstain 1
Motion passes with 97 % approval (50 % required)
NOTE: on aspirant member abstained and one disapproved.
Motion two: to file document 99/210 at the FCC (Direct sequence rules
change):
Approve 69
Do not Approve 1
Abstain 1
Motion passes with 98 % approval (50 % required)
NOTE: two aspirant members abstained.
Motion three: to combine the two letters:

Motion passes with 98 % approval (50 % required)
