RE: IEEE 802 Nov Plenary Meeting Arrangements
I am at present looking at the agenda for November, and will publish by
Friday this week.
As to your request I think this is very approporate, and will endever to
accomodate this is our tight timelines. As a side issue we now start all our
meetings at 0800 hrs with the full agreement of my WG.
As to you following questions:
Approval of items prepared should be done in each of the relevant WGs.YES
Would this fit into your agenda? LOOKING AT IT... AND WILL TRY TO ACCOMODATE
Do you agree with such a meeting? YES VERY MUCH
Could you post it in your agenda? YES
Any proposal for procedures? REGULATORY GUIDELINES & LIAISIONS FOR WG'S plus
THE SCOPE & MISSION OF YOUR GROUP
As a side issue to the SEC members .... What are we if any, doiung for
regulatory issue that are NONE Wireless.

Tuesday morning, 8:30-10:00.
ID would be 802 WREG.
All voters from 802.11, 802.15 and 802.16 would have voting rights and
should get credit into their favorite WG.
1. Rules change for Position papers
2. Memorandum of Understanding IEEE SA -- ITU-R
3. Attention items for each of the WGs
4. Web site review
5. Ad-hoc meeting schedule for specific items
