My proposed process for recommending changes to SEC ballots

Buzz, I am concerned about the size of the attachments and the ease of
reading them. Therefore, I would like to recommend that we DON'T use MS
Word for ballots, but rather, when we want to indicate changes do it as
follows:

In Paragraph X, replace
 "................."
 with
"................"

for each of the changes we would like to see.

Best regards,

the email removes all the formatting so they are not highlighted in any way.
I am recommending that for future ballots we always use MS Word documents
which support change marks for commenting.
