This is exactly how previous such PARs have been drafted; I helped Mike to
fill in the PAR form in line with past policy. Look on the inside cover of
802.1D-1998; you will find that it incorporates supplements 802.6k,
802.11c, and 802.12e.

I think the decision on that should be left to such a time as we are clear
what the real (as opposed to projected) timing will look like. I'm not
about to create any issues with regard to how fast either of these
