RE: [802SEC] 802 reflector delays




Comparing WG delays where there are hundreds on the list (600+ for dot3) to the SEC reflector where I assume there are many fewer list members might not be relevant.  List size probably is a multiplier of delays caused by other factors.

The delays may be somewhat related to the occasional inability that I 
encounter for my browser to be able to access IEEE web pages.
