We have had a number of list requests in the past that weren't appropriate and either didn't respond to or only responded to when certain conditions were satisfied. Consequently I am impelled to ask:
Who asked you to do this?
What is the "urgent" reason for the request?
What list data is requested (e.g., name or name + email or name + ???)?
Will the list or any portion be passed on to anyone else?
