    I also agree; I thought I had voted on the "initial membership interpretation" ballot, but I had voted on the other P&P document of Mat's.  The two got tangled in my inbox.  As Roger has noted, it would be most helpful to have an automated way of tracking open ballots so we can see which ones are open, the due dates and times, and who has/has not voted.  I suspect we'd have more timely voting and higher voting percentage, as well.
