[802SEC] Update on indemnification from ML




Dear EC,

Attached below is the updated from Mary Lynne Nielsen on the meeting to
discuss the indemnification issue.  It appears progress is being made on
this issue in that it receiving attention from the highest levels within the
IEEE.  I will stay in touch with ML, and at a minimum, we'll get a update
from Karen Kenney during the January interim session.  Also, please take the
time to read through the Federal Volunteer Protection Act of 1997--it is
particularly germane to this topic.
