[802SEC] +++EC Email Ballot+++ENDS 19 DEC+++ motion to approve China Liaison letter+++tentative tally



Dear EC members,

The email ballot on the below motion to approve the attached FCC comments
closes the sooner of 6PM ET SUNDAY 19DEC 2004 or 24 hours after all EC
members have cast a vote.

The tentative tally for the below motion is:

 13 Approve
 00 Disapprove
 03 Did Not Vote
 00 Abstains

Please verify your vote, if I did not record it correctly below, send me a
correction note.  If you did not vote, please cast your ballot as soon as
possible.
