Pat,  Well, I, for one, would totally agree to that.  Hibernating Chairs are a different circumstance entirely.

So far I haven't seen any response to my comment about term limits and hibernating groups. I don't think term limits should apply to the chair of a hibernating group - a non-voting position on the Exec.
