Fellow EC Members,

I have reviewed the comments on the ‘WG Voting Rules’ ballot and have summarized them into the following issues:

Wording on Numerical Vote tallies

Two Types of WG letter ballots – Forwarding / Motion

        Who sets approval threshold on motion

        Robert’s Rules

Votes on procedural matters

WG quorum

        Interims with no quorum if advanced notice

        Preauthorize decisions at Interims without quorum

Voting by WG chair

Clean up membership gained, lost, retained

This was a misprint

Mods to Roll call vote


In addition I have attached proposed resolutions in word and pdf format based on the comments received.  If time permits, this ballot will be discussed on the telecom today.
