[802SEC] P802.11y circulation of draft PAR under 30-day rule

Please find attached under the 30-Day rule a new draft PAR and
corresponding 5 criteria for the proposed P802.11y Amendment to Standard
[FOR] Information Technology-Telecommunications and Information Exchange
between systems-Local and Metropolitan networks-Specific requirements-Part
11: Wireless LAN Medium Access Control (MAC) and Physical Layer (PHY)
specifications: 3650-3700 MHz Operation in USA as an addition to the
802.11 Standard.

802.11 intends to submit this PAR to the closing SEC meeting in July 2005
for approval for forwarding to NesCom.
