Similarly, 802.19 just revise its P&P. In speaking to Mat I do
not believe it is necessary to vote on new WG/TAG P&P at the EC level.
It would be good to confirm this position with Paul.

Enclosed is a document originated in 802.18 that updates the RR-TAG P&P.
The RR-TAG has made a motion that it be presented to the EC on Friday.
The motion will call for the RR-TAG chair to be able to make format
changes and editorials.
