Re: [802SEC] BPL Project

I figured that my message would be sufficiently provocative to have that 
effect.
My concern with "mandatory coordination" is that per project coordination 
is that the SA has already proved that it doesn't work.

I will be happy to assist you in any way I can to fix this.
