Attached is a liaison from ITU-R WP8F for possible consideration by IEEE
802. The topic is  "Key technical
and operational requirements for access technologies to support IP
applications over mobile systems"and it may be of interest to several of
the 802 WGs/TAGs. The next meeting of WP8F is begins 25 January 2006.
Any response needs to be submitted by 16 January.
