[802SEC] note from 802.16 member concerning 802.22 Study Group
Dear EC,
At last night's 802.16 Closing Plenary, a Member, Phillip Barber,
raised procedural concerns, in some detail, regarding the background
of the 802.22.1 PAR.
Mr. Barber proposed a motion: "to delegate Phil Barber to craft a
letter indicating the displeasure of the 802.16 WG with the apparent
lack of adherence to process in the production of the 802.22.1 PAR
and Five Criteria, and to optionally comment on the 802.22 responses
to the 802.16 questions".
The motion carried 33/0/1.
Mr. Barber has just provided me with contributed document entitled
"Letter of Complaint to the 802 LMSC Regarding 802.22 Study Group
Activity and the Proposed 802.22.1 PAR & 5 Criteria." The letter is
posted on the LAN:

He will not attend the EC meeting today.
