Folks, The decision at today's P&P review meeting (unanimous from those who were present) were to simply deleted the whole of clause 19. When people do a PAR they should become cognizant of the documentation number requirements of SA. When the documentation server software comes on line it will be self enforcing. We can consider further changes at that time. If you will object to having this ballot please let me know in advance.
