If you have opportunity, please poll your attendees about their likely
participation/attendance at the upcoming London interim in January of
Here is an estimate of expected costs:
Registration: $600/$750 (US)
A 17.5% VAT will be collected at the time of registration. This is
refundable to corporations (we will provide appropriate documentation).
Notable: VAT it is NOT refundable to individuals.
Lunch and breaks are provided in the registration fee.
Room rate is GBP149 +VAT includes breakfast. The hotel is the London
Metropole, overflow is the Paddington (within walking distance I'm
told). Parking at Metropole is GBP 30/day. Hotel is convenient to tube
You should probably come up with a guestimate for how many days you will
need to meet (given your workload etc).
Given all this information I would ask:
- How many are reasonably certain they will attend the interim?
- How many are reasonably certain they would not attend the interim?
The information I'm interested in is, the number of days you will likely
need to meet, and the number of folks likely to come.
If you want to ask additional questions that's up to you (how many would
come if the price were X...).
If you can get this done while you have your folks in the room this
week, that would be great.
