Thank you all for following instructions!  Unfortunately, the reflector
was only cc'ed on this email.  There has been a change in the listserv
that removes all other addresses from the emails sent to the reflector.
So, you were unable to see that this was actually addressed to the
appellant and appellees.  Sorry for the confusion.

Gentlemen,
 
Please take notice that the hearing on the Appeal to the Executive
Committee on 802.20 Letter Ballot 1 will take place on Wednesday, July
19, 2006, during the 802 plenary session in San Diego, CA.  The time of
the hearing is tentatively set for 3:00pm, though it may be revised as
the date of the hearing approaches.  The location of the hearing will be
a meeting room in the Manchester Grand Hyatt in San Diego, CA. The
specific meeting room will be identified on Monday, July 17, 2006.
 
Please acknowledge that you have received this notification.  If you
have any questions on the procedure of the appeal, please feel free to
contact me.
