[802SEC] RE: [802SEC] [802SEC] ***SEC Five Day Review*** Response to ACMA Consultation "Strategies for Wireless Access Services"
Paul, et al,
From previous experience on Australian public consultations, my recollection
is that their law specifically prohibits them from accepting any late-filed
contributions.
Having said that, I felt compelled to vote no and agreed with Roger's
comments on the .18 ballot.
I would hate to see us miss the window, but based on my agreement with
Roger's comments I am regretfully not sure that the problem is resolvable in
the required time frame.
