Re: [802SEC] +++Motion for P802.3-2005/Cor1 Conditional Approval

All,

I designated Bob Grow to conduct the ballot at the March 2006 plenary
session. I apologize for not making that clear at the time.

Bob Grow has made the motion, received a second (Roger Marks) and I consider
the ballot to have started when the second was publically announced (4:35pm
et 19APR). The duration is 5 days, the ballot closes 4:35pm et 24APR2006.

I expect Bob Grow to tally and announce the interim and final results as he
sees fit.

Regards,

--Paul Nikolich
802 Chairman
