Re: [802SEC] Request for a re-hearing



Matthew,

I believe it is appropriate for the EC to have the Appeal panel submit a 
reply brief for consideration.  The panel should do so expiditiously--my 
guidance would be within 30 days of receiving notice of the request for a 
re-hearing.
