Re: [802SEC] Request for a re-hearing



Paul,

FYI, I plan to reconvene the Appeal Panel to draft a reply brief.  As
with our deliberations the reply brief will be completed in private by
the panel.  The brief itself will of course be made public once
complete.

Let me know if there are any issues with this.

Matthew,

I believe it is appropriate for the EC to have the Appeal panel submit a

reply brief for consideration.  The panel should do so expiditiously--my

guidance would be within 30 days of receiving notice of the request for
a 
re-hearing.
