[802SEC] update on timing of SASB Appeal Hearing regarding the 802 EC decision on the 802.20 PAR extension

The SASB Appeal Hearing regarding the 802.20 PAR extension request has been
scheduled for 4-6pm Wednesday 13 September 2006. Please see the below
notice.
