Results of Strawpoll:
In favor: Geoff, Pat, Bob G (make generic for SA or LMSC posting)
Against: (Till SA stuff settles out) Carl, Bob O
In general I think most people favor this change. The primary concern
is how this would be influenced by the ongoing changes in IEEE SA.
Because other P&P revisions may be required in response to the SA
changes (depending on what ProCom does) I will hold off for now.
However this will likely result in a P&P revision ballot come November.

We also had discussions on when approved P&P revision should take
effect. Everyone present at the P&P review felt it was only once the
revised P&P (or approved change I would assume) is posted.
Should we add a modification to our rules that modification to the P&P
become effective when posted to the LMSC website?
