[802SEC] Get IEEE 802 agreement amendment

This is a resend, since the EC reflector was down earlier today.

John, Karen,

The EC agreed to amend the getIEEE 802 agreement last week as follows:

"Moved: to adopt the 2007 Get802 budget (specific financial data removed from the minutes).  Document download introduction would be delayed for 12 months.  Download delay to begin 1 August 2006. 
Moved: Hawkins/Upton

 

10/3/3 Passes"



I want a formal amendment appended to the existing Get IEEE802 Program Agreement executed in 2004 to prepared for review and execution by myself and Judy.  John, Karen--please take that action.  It is not clear to me exactly what the duration of the amendment is--please include begin and end dates for the agreement.
