P802.1AB Revision draft PAR

No comments were received on this draft PAR during the meeting. The 
text that was pre-circulated therefore remains unchanged; it will be 
on the 802.1 agenda Thursday afternoon for approval, and will be on 
the EC agenda for Friday afternoon for forwarding to NesCom.
