[802SEC] Recommendation to Computer Society from IEEE 802



Dear EC members,

Below is the email I sent today, 11FEB2007, to the DySPAN organizer, the CS 
president, CS-SAB vice-president and the SASB Chair regarding the 802 
comments on the DySPAN SCC.
