[802SEC] request for withdrawal of the 802.16-2004/Cor2 PAR

At Monday's 802.16 WG's Opening Plenary, the following motion was  
approved:

Motion: "To request withdrawal of the 802.16-2004/Cor2 PAR"
Moved: Jon Labs/ Second: Dan Gal
Vote: 90/0/0

Therefore, I would like to add this issue to agenda for Friday's EC  
meeting.
