After seeing some of the arguments, both pro and con, I have concluded that
I agree with John's 4 points below and vote disapprove.

The size of the 2007 802 Standards CD is about 417MB ... Multiply that times
say 1500 attendees and you're talking about 625.5GB of extra transfers on
our connection to the outside world (assuming the constraing that the file
have to be served up from an IEEE server in Piscataway.  I believe that that
will cause serious bottlenecks, particularly considering that that load is
unlikely to be distributed evenly in time.

This, plus the distraction factor are likely to negatively impact the
efficiency of our meetings.

I also appreciate the greater permanency of a pressed CD.
