All, I have reworked the agenda to reflect the fact that other issues should have precedence over reworking the P&P in it's entirety. I have also attached my first (incomplete) stab at reworking the P&P. Note this is my personal opinion, nothing more. I put it forward as a basis of discussion. I will also forward a document that Bob Grow has developed (also not complete yet) for discussion as well. Note that in reworking the P&P, I have found a lot if 'issues' with AudCom's baseline P&P. I will also forward a list of comments I plan to share with them that should be another discussion point for tonight.
