[802SEC] IEEE-P802 Request For Interest (RFI) with Plenary Host Guidelines attached for your review and response.

Dear Host Candidate:

Attached you will find our current Plenary Host Guidelines document to
help you prepare for submitting a non-binding Letter-of-Intent by March
12, 2008 to qualify for the Host RFP process that will follow the March
Plenary Session.

The main document provides an overview of the requirements and process
for submitting a proposal to become a Plenary Host.

The 6 Attachments that follow provide much more details on the specific
requirements for IEEE-P802 Plenary Sessions and Attachment E details the
timeline and the procedures to be followed.

After reviewing these documents if you have any questions, comments, or
concerns don't hesitate to contact me and our Meeting Planners at
Face-To-Face Events, Inc. We will do our best to provide timely
answers.

Please respond back to me immediately to indicate that you did receive
the Guidelines and Instructions so we are sure you have received this
package.

Thank you for volunteering to consider hosting an IEEE-P802 Plenary and
we look forward to working with you on creating and completing a viable
Plenary Hosting Proposal in time for the July Plenary Session in Denver.

Thanks again for all your help and support for IEEE-P802. :-)
