[802SEC] ITU-R Liaisons for the March Meeting

Dear EC,

Attached are two liaisons from the ITU-R that will be considered at the
March Plenary.

*	Document 5D/TEMP/6(Rev.1)-E, "Liaison Statement to IEEE and
WiMAX Forum - Request for Clarification of OFDMA-TDD-WMAN BS and MS ACS
Values". This should be considered by 802.16
*	Revision 1 to Document 5D/TEMP/34-E, "Liaison Statement to
External Organizations on the Schedule for Updating Recommendation ITU-R
M.1457 to Revision 9". This should be considered by 802.16

There may be at least one additional document from ITU-R. I will
circulate it just as soon as it is received.
