Rick,
In your previous emails about the network you mentioned some
recommendations for purchasing equipment. Sometime those discussion
items get short changed late of Friday afternoon at the closing, and we
don't have time to discuss and vote on them. If you plan to bring up a
motion on Friday for any equipment would it be possible for you to
describe the request on Monday so we are prepared to discuss it on
Friday. If any questions come up on Monday, we will have a few days to
answer them, in preparation for Friday.
If you can do such a presentation please notify Bob so that he
can add you to the Monday agenda.
