[802SEC] P&P Revision Ballot response form

All,

 

As noted in the closing EC meeting I plan to initiate a P&P revision
ballot this Friday (4/4/08) on creation of an operations manual.
Because of how extensive the changes are I plan to provide a ballot
response form to ease the processing of comments.  I will provide one
form for each of the new documents (P&P and Operations Manual).
Attached is a draft ballot response form.  Please let me know if you
feel the form requires modifications.  Note that I am more comfortable
with excel than other ballot formats so I am unlikely to take on
creation and processing of the forms in an entirely different software
package.
