I'd like to highlight something that might not be obvious.
Normally, conflicted members of the EC are not allowing into the UC-EC
I believe that even if Mr. Klerer is declared conflicted, as the chair of
.20, he must be allowed to participate in
those meetings in spite of his conflicted status. Then he may request UC
members to make/second his motion.
Whereas, other members who are deemed to be conflicted should remain out of
