[802SEC] +++Un-conflicted EC motion #4 to determine Mark Klerer's unconflcted/conflicted classification+++closes not later than 5MAY+++

Dear UC-EC members,

 The following motion made by John Lemon and seconded by John Hawkins.

 Whereas, Mark Klerer could be considered by a reasonable person to have a 
personal interest in the outcome of votes on matters concerning IEEE 
P802.20, Mark Klerer shall not be added to the Unconflicted EC roster.

This is a 10 day email ballot of the UC-EC.  The ballot closes 24 hours 
after the sooner of when all eligible UC-EC voting members (John Hawkins, 
Buzz Rigsbee, Mike Lynch, Tony Jeffree, Bob Heile, John Lemon and Paul 
Nikolich if needed to break a tie) have cast a ballot or  05MAY2008.
