[802SEC] final tally +++Un-conflicted EC motion #4 to determine Mark Klerer's unconflcted/conflicted classification+++closes not later than 5MAY+++

Dear EC members,

 The final tally on the below motion is 2 Approve, 3 Disapprove, 1 Abstain.
Approve: Hawkins, Lemon
Disapprove: Jeffree, Rigsbee, Lynch
Abstain: Heile
Did Note Vote: none

The motion fails--the UC-EC disapproves "not adding Klerer to the UC-EC
roster". This leaves Klerer's classification as conflicted or not as
undecided. I am open to further motions enabling the UC-EC to resolve this
matter.

 Regards,

 --Paul
